leasing program includes the purchase of

and optimization of the website as well as
maintenance of the site. The monthly
lease payment depends on the number of
pages designed, the number of keywords
the site is optimized for and the maintenance that
is required to maintain it.

requires more designed pages or more optimized pages than what we have depicted here, please consult with your

the fine print
All packages are for an
initial term of twelve months, after which you have the option to buy
the site and domain for a one time payment equivalent to 3 times the
amount of your monthly lease payment. You have the option to cancel
your lease at anytime after the first lease term of 12 months has
expired by giving us written notification 30 days prior to the date you
wish to cancel. Your lease will automatically renew for
an additional term of twelve months on the first day following the
initial lease term. During the second term or renewal period, you have
the opportunity to buy the website and domain at anytime that you choose
for the required payment as stated above.
